Gazpacho with picual
–Gazpacho with picual for 4 persons —
Ingredients
- 1 Kg of tomatoes.
- 175-200 g of bread.
- 175 ml of extra virgin olive oil variety Picual.
- 1 water glass.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- (Optional) cumin.
- Salt.
- Cut hard-boiled egg.
- Ham divided in strips.
Preparation
- To wash and trocear the tomato, to place it in a receptacle, to spill a part of the water, reserving something, if it was necessary to incorporate more.
- To add the olive oil, garlic, cumin and salt, to remove to mix well and to allow to rest.
- To crush up to obtaining a thin and thick cream.
- To rectify of salt.
- It makes use accompanied of cut egg and ham.
- Finally to spill an olive oil thread superficially.
