Gazpacho with picual

 –Gazpacho with picual for 4 persons —

 

Ingredients

        • 1 Kg of tomatoes.
        • 175-200 g of bread.
        • 175 ml of extra virgin olive oil variety Picual.
        • 1 water glass.
        • 1 clove of garlic.
        • (Optional) cumin.
        • Salt.
        • Cut hard-boiled egg.
        • Ham divided in strips.

 

Preparation

        • To wash and trocear the tomato, to place it in a receptacle, to spill a part of the water, reserving something, if it was necessary to incorporate more.
        • To add the olive oil, garlic, cumin and salt, to remove to mix well and to allow to rest.
        • To crush up to obtaining a thin and thick cream.
        • To rectify of salt.
        • It makes use accompanied of cut egg and ham.
        • Finally to spill an olive oil thread superficially.
