From the very beginning, in our old oil mills in Magallón and Borja, our commitment to the quality of our oils has led us to have an extensive contact with both olive cultivation and the production process.

Ancient techniques and tools from the end of the century have given way to mechanical harvesting and the most advanced oil production techniques.
